Last modified: January 1, 2018

Welcome to Curate. These terms and conditions and all applicable service-specific terms (“Terms of Service” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of any websites, mobile sites, products or services offered by Curate Solutions, Inc. (“Curate Solutions” or “Curate”) based on the plan you purchased (the “Service”)

Wherever used in these Terms of Service, “you”, “your”, “Customer”, or similar terms means the person or legal entity accessing or using the Services.  If you are accessing and using the Services on behalf of a company (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Terms of Service.

Gather information from municipal bodies and share the information every week that relates to information relevant to your business. Information from counties, cities, townships, villages, and school boards will be reviewed where available. Information gathered will include minutes and agendas - as posted on the individual websites.

The goal of this service is to provide information from local governments to help you become aware of more upcoming projects that will need services that your business provides.

Curate provides this information by gathering content from web-pages and determining relevant content by using artificial intelligence to scan through all data collected (the “Service”). Only data sources that include information deemed relevant to you will be distributed via email. This information is deemed relevant based on keywords shared with you, these keywords should be as complete as possible and include common industry-specific acronyms and abbreviations. Results from the Service may have a small degree of inaccuracy due to the artificial intelligence components and keywords used to make this project possible. The Service’s inaccuracies will be reduced over time with more content, changes to keywords, and feedback. Keywords can and should be modified during the relationship based on feedback.

The Service and all materials provided therein are provided “as is.” Curate specifically disclaims all representations, warranties and conditions, either express, implied, statutory, by usage of trade or otherwise including but not limited to any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, non-infringement, title, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

Under no circumstances shall Curate be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or other damages whatsoever. You shall indemnify and hold Curate and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, demands, damages, losses, costs and expenses incurred in connection with any materials submitted or made available through the Service.
