As a construction project manager, co-founder Taralinda Willis fielded many calls from vendors hoping to bid on projects — but it was often too late. However, all the relevant info was available from city meeting minutes!
Using web-sweeping technology created by Dale Willis, a former UW-Madison computer science Ph.D. candidate, the pair founded Curate in 2016 with the goal of harnessing the power of publicly-available information for general contractors and vendors.
Today, Curate's innovative system gathers information in a methodology and speed never before possible. It scans through public meeting agendas and minutes from cities, counties, and school board websites and sends our customers weekly reports of early-stage info and reliable market insight to help grow their businesses.
